Here’s a little history about pastry. This recipe was discovered by accident, Prochiz Lovers. A French apprentice baker named Claudius Gele, originally was baking bread for his ailing father. But because of his father’s health condition, there are some food restrictions, Claudius can only bake with water, flour, and butter. The dough was filled with butter and then folded repeatedly before finally baking it. This dough is actually the puff pastry that is so well-liked and popular today.

Ingredients:

Pastry:
  • 4 sheets Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
Cheese Cream Ingredients:
  • 150 gr Whipped cream powder
  • 300 ml Cold Milk
  • 150 gr Prochiz Spready
  • Toppings Fruits

Directions:

  • Pastry: Flatten the puff pastry sheet with a rolling pin. Then cut the puff pastry with a square cutter.
  • Take 2 sheets of puff pastry squares, make a smaller square in the middle.
  • Then put the 2 puff pastry sheets on top of the puff pastry is not cut. Stick together the puff pastry by brushing the beaten egg on it.
  • Repeat until all the puff pastry sheets are used up.
  • Bake at 200℃ for ±20 minutes.
  • Cheese cream: Whip together the whipped cream powder, cold liquid milk and Prochiz Spready until fluffy.
  • Pipe some of the cream cheese on top of the puff pastry. Then decorate with fresh fruit.
