Ingredients:
Clear Layer
- 100 gr Sugar
- 7 gr Chocolate agar agar powder
- 750 ml Water
Cheese Layer
- 100 gr Sugar
- 7 gr Clear agar agar powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 200 gr Prochiz Spready
Chocolate layer
- 50 gr Sugar
- 7 gr Chocolate agar agar powder
- 80 gr Dark cooking chocolate
- 400 ml Milk
Directions:
- Prepare a 20x20x7cm pan.
- In a cooking pot, cook the chocolate agar agar, sugar and water until it boils.
- Pour a little layer into the pan, then set the rest over the warm water so that the pudding does not set quickly.
- To Prepare the cheese layer, cook the clear agar agar, sugar, milk and Prochiz Spready until the cheese dissolves and boils.
- Pour over layer 1, then refrigerate until the top surface is set.
- Once the cheese layer is set, pour a little clear layer into the pan. Chill.
- Prepare the chocolate layer, cook the chocolate agar agar, sugar, cooking chocolate and milk until it boils.
- Then pour the clear layer over the chocolate layer.
- Lastly, pour in the cheese layer. Once cool and the surface is set and then pour the clear layer into the pan, let it cool.
