Pudding Lapis Surabaya

Prochiz used:

Clear Layer
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 7 gr Chocolate agar agar powder
  • 750 ml Water
Cheese Layer
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 7 gr Clear agar agar powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 200 gr Prochiz Spready
Chocolate layer
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • 7 gr Chocolate agar agar powder
  • 80 gr Dark cooking chocolate
  • 400 ml Milk


  • Prepare a 20x20x7cm pan.
  • In a cooking pot, cook the chocolate agar agar, sugar and water until it boils.
  • Pour a little layer into the pan, then set the rest over the warm water so that the pudding does not set quickly.
  • To Prepare the cheese layer, cook the clear agar agar, sugar, milk and Prochiz Spready until the cheese dissolves and boils.
  • Pour over layer 1, then refrigerate until the top surface is set.
  • Once the cheese layer is set, pour a little clear layer into the pan. Chill.
  • Prepare the chocolate layer, cook the chocolate agar agar, sugar, cooking chocolate and milk until it boils.
  • Then pour the clear layer over the chocolate layer.
  • Lastly, pour in the cheese layer. Once cool and the surface is set and then pour the clear layer into the pan, let it cool.
