Pek Cam Ke Chicken with Cheese

Ingredients:
- 750 ml Water
- 1 free-range chicken
- 5 cm ginger, smashed
- 1 tbsp salt
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp stock powder
- 1 Green onion
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 cm Ginger, julienned
- 100 gr Prochiz Gold
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Directions:
- In a pan, add free-range chicken, ginger, salt, minced garlic, stock powder, and green onion into boiling water
- Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
- Fry the garlic and ginger until brown and crispy
- Fry Prochiz Gold until crispy
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce
- Cut the chicken into 4 parts, pour the sauce on the chicken
- Top the pek cam ke chicken with fried garlic and ginger
- Add some fried Prochiz Gold on top
