Pek Cam Ke Chicken with Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 750 ml Water
  • 1 free-range chicken
  • 5 cm ginger, smashed
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp stock powder
  • 1 Green onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 cm Ginger, julienned
  • 100 gr Prochiz Gold
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

Directions:

  • In a pan, add free-range chicken, ginger, salt, minced garlic, stock powder, and green onion into boiling water
  • Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked
  • Fry the garlic and ginger until brown and crispy
  • Fry Prochiz Gold until crispy
  • Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce
  • Cut the chicken into 4 parts, pour the sauce on the chicken
  • Top the pek cam ke chicken with fried garlic and ginger
  • Add some fried Prochiz Gold on top
