Mango Cheese Pudding

Ingredients:

Ingredients A:
  • 400 ml Water
  • 7g marinated basil
  • 20 ml Milk
  • 30 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 60 gr sugar
Ingredients B:
  • 300ml mango juice
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 40 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 35g sugar
  • 3g jelly powder
Ingredients C:
  • 2 mangoes fruit
  • 20 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 20 gr Sugar
  • 40 ml Water

Directions:

  • Boil water, milk, and PROCHIZ Spready.
  • Cook until PROCHIZ Spready dissolved and water is boiling.
  • Add jelly powder that has mixed with sugar. Stir until it boils. Then strain the batter.
  • Put in marinated basil into ingredients A. Fill half of the glass prepared before with this batter.
  • Boil mango juice, milk, and PROCHIZ Spready. Cook until PROCHIZ Spready dissolved and batter is boiling.
  • Add jelly powder that has mixed with sugar. Stir until it boils. Then strain the batter.
  • Pour this batter on top of batter A which has stiffed.
  • Smoothen 1½ mangoes with water, sugar, and PROCHIZ Spready using blender.
  • Slice into cubes a half mango.
  • Pour mango sauce on top of pudding that has stiffed.
  • Then add mango cubes.
