Ingredients:

Ingredients A:
  • 7 pcs lower part chicken thigh
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tsp ground garlic
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
Ingredients B:
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 ml water
  • 300 gr seasoning flour for chicken
  • 300 ml oil
Ingredients C:
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cloves chopped onion
  • 100 gr Prochiz Quick Melt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning powder
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  • Marinade chicken thighs with ingredients A for 45 minutes
  • After marinaded, dip chicken thighs in egg yolks and water, then coat with seasoning flour
  • Fry chicken thighs until the color changes to golden brown
  • For cheese sauce: stir fry garlic and onion with butter until fragrant and the color changes. Put in milk and PROCHIZ Easy Melt. Stir until cheese mixed well .
  • Add egg yolks, ground pepper, and seasoning powder to sauce, cook until thickened. Then smoothen cheese sauce with blender
  • Serve fried chicken with cheese sauce
