Honey Lemon fried Chicken with Cheese dipping

Ingredients:
- 500 gr Chicken thigh fillet
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp Ground white pepper
- 10 gr Minced garlic
- Flour mix
- 110 gr All-purpose flour
- 90 gr Water
- 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
- ½ tsp Ground white pepper
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
Honey Lemon Sauce
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ Lemon zest
- 75 gr Honey
- ½ tsp Ground white pepper
- ½ tbsp Butter
- ½ tbsp Chicken stock powder
- 3 gr Cornstarch
- 10 ml Water
Cheese Dipping
- 170 gr Prochiz Quick Melt
- 75 ml Water
Directions:
- Marinate chicken thigh fillets that have been cut into small pieces with soy sauce, chicken stock powder, ground pepper, and minced garlic for at least 1 hour
- Mix all-purpose flour, water, chicken stock powder, ground pepper and baking powder and stir until well mixed
- Add the marinated chicken to the flour mixture
- Fry the chicken in hot oil (medium heat) until golden brown and the chicken is cooked
- Saute the minced garlic with butter until slightly browned and fragrant
- Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, chicken stock powder, ground pepper and a mixture of cornstarch and water, cook until the sauce thickens
- Add the fried chicken to the honey lemon sauce until all the chicken is evenly coated
- Mix the Prochiz Quick Melt with water, and cook in medium heat until the Prochiz Quick Melt melts
- Serve the honey lemon chicken with cheese dipping
