Meaty Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

Sandwich:
  • 4 pieces of hot dog buns
  • 1 bunch of lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
  • red cabbage (sliced)
  • 400 gr Slice beef
  • 1/2 tsb Broth powder
  • 1/4 sdt Lada bubuk
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 12 slices Prochiz Slice
Garlic Pepper Sauce:
  • 10 g finely chopped garlic
  • 150 gr Prochiz Mayo
  • 4 gr ground black pepper
  • 1 gr Salt

Directions:

  • Heat the butter, stir-fry 2 cloves of garlic until fragrant, add the beef slices, water, stock powder and ground pepper. Stir until evenly distributed and the meat is cooked.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir with a balloon whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Divide the bread into 2 parts, brush each bread with 1 tablespoon garlic pepper sauce.
  • Arrange on lettuce bread, tomatoes, purple cabbage, stir-fried meat, and Prochiz Slice on top.
  • Then cover the sandwich with the top of the bread.
