Neapolitan Cheesy Cake

Ingredients:
Cake
- 400 gr All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 240 gr Butter
- 440 gr Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 340 gr Fresh milk
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 15 gr Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Chocolate paste
- 1 tsp Strawberry paste
Cream
- 170 gr Prochiz Spready
- 150 gr Whipping Cream Powder
- 300 gr Fresh milk
- Strawberry Paste
- Chocolate Paste
Directions:
- Mix the milk and vinegar until it slightly curdles (buttermilk)
- Beat butter and sugar until it turns creamy white
- Add eggs one at a time until well mixed
- Add all-purpose flour and baking powder
- Then add buttermilk (milk and vinegar mixture) and vanilla essence
- Divide the dough into 3, mix 1 of the dough with cocoa powder and chocolate paste and then put it in the cake tin
- Mix 1 part of the dough with strawberry paste, then put it in the cake tin
- Finally, add the vanilla butter dough to the cake tin
- Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes, or until done
- Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool
- Beat all ingredients until fluffy
- Divide into 3, set aside 1 part of cream cheese
- Mix 1 part with chocolate paste
- Mix the other 1 part with the strawberry paste
Finishing Cake
- Take chocolate butter cake, then paping with 3 colors cheese cream
- Repeat the steps until finished
- Cover the outside with the 3 color cheese cream
- Decorate the cake according to your taste
