Mini Chiffon Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 106 gr Milk
  • 50 gr Butter
  • 114 gr All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 6 Egg yolks
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Meringue
  • 6 Egg whites
  • 130 gr Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cream of Tartar
Finishing
  • Butter cream
  • 170 gr Prochiz Cheddar

Directions:

  • Mix milk and Prochiz Spready, then cook until evenly mixed
  • Add butter, mix well
  • Add flour and baking powder, mix well
  • Add the egg yolks and vanilla essence, mix well, then set aside
Meringue
  • Beat the egg whites, gradually add sugar, and finally add cream of tartar
  • Combine the two mixtures, then mix well
  • Put the mixture that has been mixed well into the baking pan
  • Bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes
  • Remove and chill
Finishing
  • Frost buttercream on the cake, sprinkle with Prochiz Cheddar and chocolate sprinkles
