Ingredients:
- 100 gr Prochiz Spready
- 106 gr Milk
- 50 gr Butter
- 114 gr All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 6 Egg yolks
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Meringue
- 6 Egg whites
- 130 gr Sugar
- ½ tsp Cream of Tartar
Finishing
- Butter cream
- 170 gr Prochiz Cheddar
Directions:
- Mix milk and Prochiz Spready, then cook until evenly mixed
- Add butter, mix well
- Add flour and baking powder, mix well
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla essence, mix well, then set aside
Meringue
- Beat the egg whites, gradually add sugar, and finally add cream of tartar
- Combine the two mixtures, then mix well
- Put the mixture that has been mixed well into the baking pan
- Bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes
- Remove and chill
Finishing
- Frost buttercream on the cake, sprinkle with Prochiz Cheddar and chocolate sprinkles
