Ingredients:
- 850 gr Cassava, steamed
- 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale, grated
- 100 gr Sugar
- 20 gr Margarine/Butter
- 2 gr Salt
- 15 drops of red food colouring
- 15 drops of green food colouring
Topping:
- 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale
Directions:
- Mash the steamed cassava until the texture becomes soft or until there are no lumps of cassava.
- Add margarine/butter, mix well. Then add sugar and grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale. Stir well.
- Divide into 3 parts. Color one part red, and one part green. Leave the third part uncolored.
- Roll the dough lengthwise and shape like getuk.
- Then top with grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale.
