Getuk Keju

Prochiz used:

  • 850 gr Cassava, steamed
  • 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale, grated
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 20 gr Margarine/Butter
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 15 drops of red food colouring
  • 15 drops of green food colouring
  • 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale


  • Mash the steamed cassava until the texture becomes soft or until there are no lumps of cassava.
  • Add margarine/butter, mix well. Then add sugar and grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale. Stir well.
  • Divide into 3 parts. Color one part red, and one part green. Leave the third part uncolored.
  • Roll the dough lengthwise and shape like getuk.
  • Then top with grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale.
