Melted Cheese Beef Burger

Ingredients:
- 550 gr Ground beef
- 50 gr Bread crumb
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp stock powder
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 onion (minced)
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tomatoes (slice thinly)
- 1 head of lettuce
- 4 burger buns
- 8 slices Prochiz Quickmelt Slice
- 100 gr Prochiz Mayo
- 100 gr hot sauce or ketchup
Directions:
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, stock powder, white pepper powder, onions, and garlic, until mixture is soft and well combined
- Divide the patty mixture into 8 part, shape it to ball then press firmly to the desired thickness
- Pan grill the beef patties on a hot non-stick pan until turning brown and 80% cooked
- Put 2 slices of Prochiz Quickmelt Slice on top of the patties, then continue to grill until beef patties are cooked and the cheese has melted
- Grill the burger buns on a pan until light golden brown
- Spread some Prochiz Mayo and hot sauce or ketchup to the buns
- Stack lettuce, 2 beef patties, and tomato slices on the bun
