Ramyun Quick Melt Slice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • ½ Onion
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (optional)
  • 1 instant Ramyun
  • 150 gr sausage, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp white sesame seed
  • 3 slices of Prochiz Quick Melt Slice

Directions:

  • Heat oil in a pan, and saute onion until soft
  • Add garlic, and saute until fragrant. Add water, bring to a simmer
  • Add gochujang, stir well, bring to the boil
  • Add instant ramyun and the seasonings
  • Add sliced sausage and egg yolk. Boil until the ramyun is cooked and the egg is half cooked
  • Add Prochiz Quick Melt Slice on top, cook until the cheese is melted, then remove from the heat
  • Top with green onion and white sesame seed
