Chicken Katsu Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
Chicken Katsu
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, (cut in half and washed thoroughly)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp chicken stock powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 5 tbsp bread crumb
Mayo Sauce
- 50 tbsp Prochiz Mayo
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- ½ lime
- ½ of lemon zest
- 5 Mint Leaves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sweet condensed milk
Additional Ingredients
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 slices of Prochiz Cheddar Slice
- Hot sauce
Directions:
- Marinate the thoroughly washed chicken with garlic powder, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Leave it for 5 minutes
- Beat the eggs and prepare the flour on a plate. Coat the chicken in this order: all-purpose flour, eggs, bread crumb
- Fry the chicken over medium heat until it is cooked and golden brown
- To make the mayo sauce, mix all the ingredients and mix until well combined
Finishing
- Spread some mayo on one side of the bread. Arrange in this order: Prochiz Cheddar Slice, lettuce, chicken katsu, Prochiz Cheddar Slice, lettuce, mayo, and another slice of bread
- Optionally, serve it with hot sauce on the side
