Cheese Sugar Cookies

  • 135 gr Castor sugar
  • 145 gr Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla powder
  • 320 gr All-purpose flour
Cheese Filling
  • 40 gr Butter
  • 340 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 60 gr Castor sugar
Royal icing
  • 180 gr Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 white egg


  • Cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
  • Add 1 egg and vanilla powder, beat until all ingredients are evenly mixed
  • Add the all-purpose flour and mix until all the ingredients are well mixed and become cookie dough
  • Roll out the cookie dough, about 0.4 cm thick then put it in the freezer until the dough hardens
  • Cut the dough using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, arrange it in a baking dish
  • Bake cookies in the oven at 155⁰C for about 20 minutes
Cheese Filling
  • Mix butter, Prochiz Spready, and powdered sugar in a non-stick pan
  • Cook the filling mixture until all the ingredients are well mixed and the cheese is slightly thickened
  • Put it in a piping bag, set it aside
Royal icing
  • Mix all the royal icing ingredients in a bowl
  • Then beat the royal icing with a mixer until well blended and fluffy
  • Put it in a piping bag, set it aside
  • Pipe the cheese filling on top of the cookies to form a heart according to the shape of the cookies, cover with another cookie
  • Decorate the top of the cookies with royal icing, then sprinkle with sprinkles
