
Cheese Grape Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 Vanilla Sponge Cake
- 350 gr Green grapes
Cheese Cream
- 150 gr Prochiz Spready
- 300 ml Whipping Cream
- 30 gr Sweet condensed milk
- 5 gr Gelatin powder
- 10 gr Hot water
Directions:
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, stir well
- Beat Prochiz Spready until soft and creamy, then add whipping cream and sweet condensed milk, beat again until fluffy
- Add gelatin mixture, then stir and set aside
- Place the vanilla sponge cake in a pan, then arrange the grapes in the pan
- pour the cream cheese, then put another vanilla sponge cake
- Lastly, spread cream cheese on top and smooth it out
- Leave it in the freezer overnight
- Remove the cake from the pan and decorate
- Cake is ready to be served
