Cheese Grape Cake

Prochiz used:

  • 2 Vanilla Sponge Cake
  • 350 gr Green grapes
Cheese Cream
  • 150 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 300 ml Whipping Cream
  • 30 gr Sweet condensed milk
  • 5 gr Gelatin powder
  • 10 gr Hot water


  • Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, stir well
  • Beat Prochiz Spready until soft and creamy, then add whipping cream and sweet condensed milk, beat again until fluffy
  • Add gelatin mixture, then stir and set aside
  • Place the vanilla sponge cake in a pan, then arrange the grapes in the pan
  • pour the cream cheese, then put another vanilla sponge cake
  • Lastly, spread cream cheese on top and smooth it out
  • Leave it in the freezer overnight
  • Remove the cake from the pan and decorate
  • Cake is ready to be served
