Bread Cake

Ingredients:
Bread
- 500 gr High protein flour
- 8 gr Yeast
- 100 gr White sugar
- 1 gr Bread Improver
- 15 gr Milk powder
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 275 gr Milk
- 60 gr Butter/Margarine
- 6 gr Salt
Filling
- 150 gr Prochiz Spready
- 150 gr Whipped Cream
- 50 gr Butter
- 25 gr Castor sugar
- 5 gr Milk powder
Topping
- PROCHIZ Cheddar
- Strawberry
Directions:
- To make bread, mix all dry ingredients except salt, mix on slow speed for 1 minute
- Add eggs and milk, then mix again for 3 minutes on medium speed
- Add margarine/butter and salt, mix until smooth
- Remove and rest the dough for 10 minutes (cover it with plastic)
- Cut and divide the dough into 12, shape it into a ball, rest for another 10 minutes
- Prepare a round baking pan with a diameter of 20cm, grease it with a tin greaser
- Take the bread dough, then deflate and shape the dough slightly taper then place it on a baking sheet, one pan contains 6 pieces of dough
- Let the dough rise 3 times
- Bake in the oven on low heat of 180°C and above 175°C for approximately 23 minutes
- After the bread is done baking, immediately remove it from the pan and brush the top of the bread with butter
