Ingredients:
Tteok
- 60 gr Rice flour
- 50 gr Tapioca flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 120 ml Hot water
Sauce
- 350 ml Water
- 90 gr Gochujang
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sweet soy sauce
- ½ tsp chili powder
Topping
- 2 slice Prochiz Quick Melt Slice
Directions:
Tteok
- Mix the rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt, then mix well
- Add hot water, then knead until smooth
- Roll the dough into a cylinder shape
- Cook it in boiling water until the dough floats, then take it out
- Cut to the desired length, set aside
Sauce
- Mix water, gochujang, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chili powder in a bowl until well combined
- Transfer it to a pan, bring to the boil, stirring regularly
- Add the tteokbokki, and mix well until the sauce has thickened
- Transfer it to a plate, and top with Prochiz Quick Melt Slice
- Tteokbokki is ready to serve
