Tteokbokki Cheese Melt

Ingredients:

Tteok
  • 60 gr Rice flour
  • 50 gr Tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 120 ml Hot water
Sauce
  • 350 ml Water
  • 90 gr Gochujang
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sweet soy sauce
  • ½ tsp chili powder
Topping
  • 2 slice Prochiz Quick Melt Slice

Directions:

Tteok
  • Mix the rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt, then mix well
  • Add hot water, then knead until smooth
  • Roll the dough into a cylinder shape
  • Cook it in boiling water until the dough floats, then take it out
  • Cut to the desired length, set aside
Sauce
  • Mix water, gochujang, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chili powder in a bowl until well combined
  • Transfer it to a pan, bring to the boil, stirring regularly
  • Add the tteokbokki, and mix well until the sauce has thickened
  • Transfer it to a plate, and top with Prochiz Quick Melt Slice
  • Tteokbokki is ready to serve
