  • 190 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 gr High Protein Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 large sausages
  • 320 gr Prochiz Mozzarella
  • 200 gr Bread Flour


  • Mix high protein flour, sugar, yeast, salt and water, stir until evenly mixed in a stainless bowl, then cover with plastic until the dough expands.
  • Cut the sausage into 4 pieces, cut the Prochiz Mozzarella into 6 pieces.
  • Skewer the sausage and Prochiz Mozzarella with chopsticks in the order of sausage, cheese, sausage and cheese.
