Fol Au Vent Shrimp Cheese



  • 1 pcs Puff Pastry
  • 250 ml milk
  • 75gr PROCHIZ Spready
  • 50gr PROCHIZ Cheddar
  • 5 pcs shrimps
  • 100gr mushroom
  • ½ red paprika
  • ½ onion
  • 1 pcs bay leave
  • 1 pcs clove
  • salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder


  • Cut the puff pastry into 3 pieces. Stack the dough and spread with egg to make it sticky. Put in the baking tray and bake in oven with temperature 200 degree for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
  • Saute-fry mushroom and peppers. Add milk, onion, clove and bay leaves until cooked. Add prochiz spready and seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté -fry the shrimps until cooked.
  • Prepared the puff pastry, pour with the cream and put the shrimps on the top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve when still hot.
