Ingredients:

  • 500 gr cassava, peeled and grated
  • 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale, grated
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 4 gr Plain jelly
  • 2 gr Salt
  • 15 drops Red food colouring
  • 15 drops Green food colouring
  • 15 drops Orange food colouring
Topping :
  • 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale

Directions:

  • Combine the grated cassava, grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale cheese, sugar, plain gelatin, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  • Divide into 3 parts. Color one red, one green, and one orange.
  • Separate the dough into balls with a weight of 20 gr each.
  • Steam over medium heat for ± 20 minutes.
  • Once cooked, immediately roll the rainbow cassava on a grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale.
