Singkong Keju Pelangi
- 500 gr cassava, peeled and grated
- 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale, grated
- 100 gr Sugar
- 4 gr Plain jelly
- 2 gr Salt
- 15 drops Red food colouring
- 15 drops Green food colouring
- 15 drops Orange food colouring
- 160 gr Prochiz Cheddar Royale
- Combine the grated cassava, grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale cheese, sugar, plain gelatin, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Divide into 3 parts. Color one red, one green, and one orange.
- Separate the dough into balls with a weight of 20 gr each.
- Steam over medium heat for ± 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, immediately roll the rainbow cassava on a grated Prochiz Cheddar Royale.
