Mini Rice Ball

Ingredients:
Rice balls
- ½ onion
- 2 Smoked beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- Cooked rice
- ½ tsp sesame oil, for sautéing
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 60 gr Prochiz Gold
Topping :
- 160 gr Prochiz Quick Melt
- 50 ml milk
Directions:
Rice balls
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan
- Add onion, cook until translucent and fragrant
- Add spring onion, then mix in the smoked beef and carrot, and cook until the veggies are tender
- Add cooked rice, and mix until well combined
- Mix in the chicken stock powder and white pepper. mix well
- Shape the rice into balls, put the Prochiz Gold cubes in the balls
Topping :
- Cook Prochiz Quick Melt and liquid milk until the cheese melts. Place some of the melted Prochiz Quick Melt topping on top of the rice ball
- Top with black sesame seeds
