Mini Rice Ball

Rice balls
  • ½ onion
  • 2 Smoked beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • Cooked rice
  • ½ tsp sesame oil, for sautéing
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 60 gr Prochiz Gold
Topping :
  • 160 gr Prochiz Quick Melt
  • 50 ml milk


Rice balls
  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan
  • Add onion, cook until translucent and fragrant
  • Add spring onion, then mix in the smoked beef and carrot, and cook until the veggies are tender
  • Add cooked rice, and mix until well combined
  • Mix in the chicken stock powder and white pepper. mix well
  • Shape the rice into balls, put the Prochiz Gold cubes in the balls
Topping :
  • Cook Prochiz Quick Melt and liquid milk until the cheese melts. Place some of the melted Prochiz Quick Melt topping on top of the rice ball
  • Top with black sesame seeds
