Easy Cheesy Creme Brulee

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 5 gr Milk powder
  • 300 gr Prochiz Spready
  • 90 gr Sugar


  • Mix Prochiz Spready with milk a bit of a time while stirring until well blended, then add all the other ingredients, stir until smooth and strain the dough
  • Pour into a ramekin or ceramic bowl, and add water to the baking pan, so that the creme brulee remains moist and soft.
  • Bake it in the oven at 150ºC for about 45 minutes
  • Remove and chill
  • Finishing: Sprinkle the creme brulee with sugar, then burn it using a blow torch until it becomes caramel
