Easy Cheesy Creme Brulee

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 500 ml Milk
- 5 gr Milk powder
- 300 gr Prochiz Spready
- 90 gr Sugar
Directions:
- Mix Prochiz Spready with milk a bit of a time while stirring until well blended, then add all the other ingredients, stir until smooth and strain the dough
- Pour into a ramekin or ceramic bowl, and add water to the baking pan, so that the creme brulee remains moist and soft.
- Bake it in the oven at 150ºC for about 45 minutes
- Remove and chill
- Finishing: Sprinkle the creme brulee with sugar, then burn it using a blow torch until it becomes caramel
