Cheesy Spinach Bread

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr Spinach
  • 150 gr Prochiz Gold
  • 3 Eggs
  • 160 gr Milk
  • 15 gr Butter (melted)
  • 10 gr Baking Powder
  • 190 gr All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 40 gr Smoke Beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:

  • Prepare the blanched spinach then cut into smaller pieces
  • Cut Prochiz Gold into small cubes
  • Beat eggs, butter and milk until smooth
  • Add spinach, cheese, smoked beef, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. mix well
  • Add all-purpose flour, mix well
  • Put the dough into a 20x10x7 cm baking pan, top with Prochiz Gold cheese cubes
  • Bake at 180ºC for about 60 minutes
  • Serve while it's hot
