Cheesy Spinach Bread

Ingredients:
- 100 gr Spinach
- 150 gr Prochiz Gold
- 3 Eggs
- 160 gr Milk
- 15 gr Butter (melted)
- 10 gr Baking Powder
- 190 gr All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 40 gr Smoke Beef
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Prepare the blanched spinach then cut into smaller pieces
- Cut Prochiz Gold into small cubes
- Beat eggs, butter and milk until smooth
- Add spinach, cheese, smoked beef, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. mix well
- Add all-purpose flour, mix well
- Put the dough into a 20x10x7 cm baking pan, top with Prochiz Gold cheese cubes
- Bake at 180ºC for about 60 minutes
- Serve while it's hot
