Job description

  • Analyze organization structure
  • Develop performance management system
  • Create effective strategic planning methods
  • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions
  • Create competency models
  • Handling Talent Management cycle such as Individual Development Plan, People movement, and Succession plan
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
  • Recommend training and development systems
  • Create definitions of desired individual or group performance

Job requirements

  • Experienced as an OD for at least 1 year
  • Experienced in creating organizational structure, job description, job analysis, job evaluation, performance management andman power planning
  • Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Good in English both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
