Job description

  • Make contracts for new employees and renewals and/or extensions for employees whose PKWT period will expired.
  • Input new employee data into the database and regularly update employee data
  • Perform recapitulation of employee attendance, coordinate with their direct superiors in managing and calculating employee attendance and overtime.
  • Calculate, prepare and provide calculation of salaries and incentives to the Accounting department.
  • Handling monthly personal income tax (PPH 21)
  • Process clearance for employees who leave the company
  • Regularly updating data every month for National Health Insurance participation (BPJS Health and BPJS Employment)
  • Prepare various kinds of internal and external letters.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Having work experience as HC Admin or Personnel Staff is a plus
  • The type of person who is detail-oriented and has good communication skills
