- Make contracts for new employees and renewals and/or extensions for employees whose PKWT period will expired.
- Input new employee data into the database and regularly update employee data
- Perform recapitulation of employee attendance, coordinate with their direct superiors in managing and calculating employee attendance and overtime.
- Calculate, prepare and provide calculation of salaries and incentives to the Accounting department.
- Handling monthly personal income tax (PPH 21)
- Process clearance for employees who leave the company
- Regularly updating data every month for National Health Insurance participation (BPJS Health and BPJS Employment)
- Prepare various kinds of internal and external letters.
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major
- Maximum age 30 years
- Having work experience as HC Admin or Personnel Staff is a plus
- The type of person who is detail-oriented and has good communication skills
