Job description

  • Lead and responsible for channel development/trade marketing MT & GT
  • Develop focused trade strategies for category in each key account and trade channel. Ensure these strategies are in tandem with brand positioning and potential of the accounts / channels.
  • Responsible for channel development leading to sales growth by creating promotions and engagement activities in line with budget, policy frameworks and brand guidelines.
  • Nurture and Create road map for MT & GT channel, including revenue management
  • Responsible for BTL activities including SPG handling and its KPI
  • Continuous monitoring for each channel activity plan, sales & promotion to deliver sales growth
  • Responsible for sales forecast creation, joint with demand planner team (demand creation activity)

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Technology major
  • Have 5 years or more of working experience in FMCG
  • Excellent in data analysis including reading and withdraw conclusion which lead to strategy & plan
