Technical Chef

Job description

Conducting visits with the Sales & Marketing team for Demo and Customer Education.
Responsible to make product improvisation / as product development for all existing products in the company.
Able to provide costs and benefits as well as comparisons with competitors’ products to customers.
Make daily activity reports.
Responsible for creating budget for Demos and technical needs for new development.
Make a suggestion for company regarding product application and product shipping so the customer got a nice quality for the product

Candidate must own minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relevant major.
At least 1 years of experience in a Chef role
Has solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent).
Required skills: Pastry, Bakery, & Kitchen.
Has good communication skills; able to speak English is a plus.
Understand food costing.
Flexible and willing to travel.
