Job description

  • Develop & design shared Scorecard/KPI with Sales Operations and distributors that related with sales, processes, and winning at point of purchase with excellent in execution to drive sales capability and also winning behavior
  • Improve Numeric Distribution.
  • Development of RTM Join Business Plan (JBP) to have strategic alignment that agreed between Sales Operations, Sales Strategy & Planning and Distributor and also regularly review
  • Develop the best Sales Journey Plan and design with the most effective & efficient way to reduce cost of doing business by route type (balancing by outlet, call frequency, sales volume, time, route sequence).
  • Creating insight from necessary data to have sales dashboard.
  • Implement sales & distribution tools to support sales operational.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
  • At least 2-3 years hands-on experience in Route to Market, Distribution Development, Data Analyst.
  • Ability to complete tasks with time constraints and prioritise multiple demands / projects.
