- Evaluate and identify training needs for employees
- Provide regular updates on program progress and ongoing training processes
- Work collaboratively with organizational (departmental/functional) leaders and other HR teams to develop training modules and programs
- Actively involved, in developing and running training programs for employees
- Planning the training program that will be run and implementing the training program.
- Develop organizational culture.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Education
- Have 1-3 years of working experience in FMCG
- Have work experience or internship as People Development, Training Facilitator or Learning & Development
- Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective communicator
- Have a positive and can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills required
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Creative and innovative people
