Job description

  • Evaluate and identify training needs for employees
  • Provide regular updates on program progress and ongoing training processes
  • Work collaboratively with organizational (departmental/functional) leaders and other HR teams to develop training modules and programs
  • Actively involved, in developing and running training programs for employees
  • Planning the training program that will be run and implementing the training program.
  • Develop organizational culture.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Education
  • Have 1-3 years of working experience in FMCG
  • Have work experience or internship as People Development, Training Facilitator or Learning & Development
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creative and innovative people
