- Negotiating with Key Account outlets regarding trading terms, promotional programs, new product listings, and others
- Manage trade funds within budget levels
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to develop effective promotion activity at Key Account outlets, carry out control during implementation and evaluate each promotion activity.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure smooth product delivery
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the respective accounts to achieve company targets
- Develop account business plan as well as conduct regular business review
- Handle all feedback, complaints from outlets and solve them as best as possible
- Create Key Account business development reports and other reports related to Key Accounts
Job requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience handling modern outlets (both chain stores and local modern)
- Have a good relationship and strong network among key account modern trade
- Have good communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
