Job description

  • Negotiating with Key Account outlets regarding trading terms, promotional programs, new product listings, and others
  • Manage trade funds within budget levels
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to develop effective promotion activity at Key Account outlets, carry out control during implementation and evaluate each promotion activity.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Develop and implement sales strategies within the respective accounts to achieve company targets
  • Develop account business plan as well as conduct regular business review
  • Handle all feedback, complaints from outlets and solve them as best as possible
  • Create Key Account business development reports and other reports related to Key Accounts

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience handling modern outlets (both chain stores and local modern)
  • Have a good relationship and strong network among key account modern trade
  • Have good communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
