Job description

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring strategies to achieve sales targets in an assigned territory
  • Maintaining sales growth
  • Conducting sales territory analyses, developing programmes to improve business
  • Handling Sales GT, MT & Food Service.
  • Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution.
  • Expanding area coverages by identifies channel opportunities (wholesale, retail, food service) and takes initiative to drive growth.
  • Provides feedback to Sales Head Office, and Marketing on competition on-field execution
  • Builds and grow relationships with channel partners – distributors, wholesalers, key accounts
  • Coaches direct reports and distributor’s sales force in the field
  • Owns & drives all key sales initiatives originated by Region and Head Offices
  • Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly targets, and set targets for direct reports & distributors
  • Ensures that all field sales team members & distributors completely comply with the company’s sales system & processes ; and follow ethical business practices

Job requirements

  • Minimum a bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Having at least 2 years of experience Area Sales Manager, especially in Food Service would be a plus
  • Having a dynamic and agile personality
  • Based in Yogyakarta
  • Proven interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
