Terms & Conditions
for the K-JU consumer loyalty program

In this Terms & Conditions, “Prochiz” means PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk or Prochiz or K-JU by Prochiz. The general Prochiz terms & conditions and privacy policy apply. Additionally to this the following conditions apply.

Claiming Points

Every order you buy in participating online stores that contains at least one K-JU product can be used to redeem points.
Every order that you redeem can only be used once, and gives you the chance to at least earn 10 points, and based on the current rules:
You can either receive 10 points, 30 points, or a K-JU blanket and 10 points.
The rewards can change at any time, and will show on the website.

User account

You can create one user account, for one valid email address.
Your claimed orders will be summed up under this account.
You cannot transfer points from one account to another.
In case of suspected fraud, or otherwise, Prochiz has the right to invalidate point claims, and suspend accounts at any time as they see fit.

Point Redemption

You can only redeem points by trading them for what’s on offer on the K-JU website at any given time.
The points you spend include the product, handling and delivery.
Prochiz can change the point value of what’s on offer at any time without notice.
Claimed Points can be redeemed for up to 1 year.
Points cannot be traded for money.
Points cannot be recovered after redemption

Order Fulfillment

After you submit your order, the Prochiz staff will handle your order with best effort.
Operating hours are between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
Within operating hours, food orders will be taken into processing within 2 hours. Outside operating hours, food orders after 18:00 will be processed from 10:00 the next day).
Food delivery will be through GrabFood or GoFood to the address given on the order.
Non-food orders will be handled by regular delivery, to be expected to arrive within 1 to 3 days at the address given on the order.
Prochiz does not take responsibility for wrong deliveries.
Prochiz is not responsible for 3rd party handling of the order delivery.
It is up to the consumer to be home to receive the order.
Prochiz will email the account of the order on every process step: Ordered, Processing, In delivery, Delivered.


Prochiz has the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
No rights can be gotten from these Terms & Conditions.
